      Writer and Yale Economics Professor, Dean Karlan, talks about his new book, co-authored with Jacob Appel, More Than Good Intentions: How a New Economics is Helping to Solve Global Poverty. The authors say development initiatives must take into account the essential irrationality of human behavior if they are to improve the well-being of poor people.
