The class will be held on Tuesdays, Oct 26 – Nov. 1st – starting next Tuesday.

Led by Reed professor and Carnegie Scholar, Kambiz GhaneaBassiri, the class traces five centuries of the Muslim experience in America through historic events — including the Atlantic slave trade; two world wars, the civil rights struggle — and individual stories. Registration includes GhaneaBassri’s book on the subject.
