What’s New in HIV? Come to the 6th Annual What’s New in HIV Conference on Saturday, September 11, 2010 and find out!
 
We have an awesome lineup of guest speakers who represent many of Portland’s major medical facilities and AIDS Service Organizations.  They will cover topics ranging the spectrum of HIV health issues, including the impact of HIV on cognition, mental health, and nutrition.  
 
This conference is created by Cascade AIDS Project and a dedicated team of
professionals including:  Multnomah County Health Department, OHSU’s HIV
Clinic, OHSU’s Partnership Project, Our House of Portland, Quest Center for Integrative Health, Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon’s HIV Day Center, Oregon State Department of Health and Human Services, Research and Education Group, and the HIV Alliance.   
 
What’s New in HIV is the only HIV/AIDS medical update conference offered
annually in Oregon and Southwest Washington, so mark your calendar to

We will consider the complex matrix of social, political, historic, economic, ethical, cultural, environmental, and pathological factors that influence disease, health, and well-being, whether global or local.

AIDS Walk Portland – 7 Weeks Away!

The 24th Annual AIDS Walk Portland, a 2.5 mile walk and rally, raises critical funds for HIV/AIDS prevention, education, advocacy and support services throughout the Portland Metropolitan area. Over the past 23 years, AIDS Walk has raised nearly $4.3 million to help prevent new HIV infections and care for those living with the virus.
